The minimum monthly water bill for a residence is $15.00 for the first 1,000 gallons
- anything over this is based on usage.
The commercial rate is $25.00 for the first 1,000 gallons
- anything over this is based on usage.

There is a connection fee for new construction or a new business.

There is a $75.00 refundable deposit that is required for people who are renting.
No deposit is required for homeowners.
